We’re thrilled to be part of this year’s Fireside Yarra Valley Festival, celebrating the very best of region’s food and wine scene. Here’s what we’re up to.

Fireside Flight for two

Throughout the festival, cosy up to a roaring fire with a flight for two at the Innocent Bystander Tasting Bar, featuring our Mea Culpa duo of Pinot Noir and Syrah, alongside our multi-award-winning Chardonnay. Leave room for more with Milawa Cheese’s wood-fired camembert atop freshly baked focaccia, generously slathered with the decadent combo of Pinot Noir and plum jam.

Smokin’ Saturday 

For one night only on Saturday 15 July, join us for an immersive 2-hour Masterclass with legendary Chieftains smoker, Shandor, at IBHQ.

Get stuck into learning the art of small-goods smoking as you prep and perfect a range of proteins and cheesy delights to smoke and share on the night, before making your very own bacon to bring home.

But don’t stop there.

Be led astray (in the best possible way) by our Cellar Door Manager, Mon, as she takes you through a lesson in wine and food pairing at the IBHQ bar. Armed with the confidence as a newly crowned connoisseur, select your wines and savour the fruits of your labour as you feast upon dishes straight from the smoker. Finish the Masterclass with a cold-smoked, wine-infused cocktail and kick on ’till close.
