Winter, Wine and Words with Alice Robinson and Clementine Ford

There’s nothing quite like the ritual of sharing a story and opening up over a bottle of great wine, which is why Innocent Bystander is proud to host ‘Winter, Wine and Words’, an intimate lunch and conversation with award winning novelist Alice Robinson* and feminist, writer and broadcaster Clementine Ford^. 

Enjoy wines and lunch from Innocent Bystander while discussing books, writing, motherhood, feminism, men, women, marriage and love, possibly not in that order. There will be vibrant discussions and ample opportunity for Q&A with only very limited tickets available for this one-off event in the beautiful Yarra Valley.

The event is a feast for mind, body and soul, starting with a welcome drink in the iconic Innocent Bystander tasting bar for a pre-event-mingle, followed by a delicious long-table lunch in the restaurant, culminating in a free flow of conversation with Alice, Clementine and guests to round out the day. 

Tickets are only available through Eventbrite and strictly limited, so get in quick to avoid disappointment.

*Alice Robinson is the author of Anchor Point and The Glad Shout, winner of the Readings Prize for New Australian Fiction. She has a PhD by Research in Creative Writing.

^Clementine Ford is a writer and broadcaster based in Naarm/Melbourne. She is the best selling author of the books Fight Like A Girl and Boys Will Be Boys. Her forthcoming memoir, How We Love, will be published by Allen & Unwin in late 2021.
